My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit smaller than other hotels I have stayed at, but they were exceptionally clean, well decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The service was helpful, insightful, and kind, but somewhat inaccessible. The location was perfect, in charming Walla Walla, but it was somewhat disappointing that there was no room service or restaurant available. The dining had plenty of choices but was good, not great.
